What is the name of your state?
Texas

about a month ago, I was traveling through an intersection, of which i had the green light. The other party, went through a red light and we collided. The roads were wet, but it was not raining at the time. the police officer noted that i had a green light and that she ran a red light on the police report, but did not give her a ticket. i have had my ins. co. repair my car, as her claims rep is investigating. her ins co. says there is a discrepancy as to "how many lanes are in the intersection." the other party admitted fault to me at the time of the accident.

I want to know what is the likelyhood that I will recover my deductible and the money i spent on the rental car? Also, should I have my ins. company represent me, or should I choose to hire my own legal rep? So far, no lawyers in my area will speak to me because i do not have any personal injury.

It's a toss-up. Who knows?

No one HERE will be able to tell you how this will end up.

Your guess is a good as ours.
