What is the name of your state? California

I need to in aquire about who actually owns a company. Supposenly the company was sold 3 years ago and now its being runned by the by his two sons.

How do I find out who actually is the owner of a comany now and the officeres of the company? Also co/sharerers

That will list the registered agent for service and, perhaps, an officer of the corporation. The ownership of the stock is not publically listed unless the company is so big so as to have to file with the SEC.
