I had a track home built in TX. the front elevation we choose was based on a previously built home we looked at. Our front porch turned out to be about 12" smaller and the arch over the porch is offset so it does not match the arched window over the front door. I have checked houses built before and after, none are like this. The builder says they have the right to change the plans. But they do not have the plans for my home anymore so there is no way to check to see if they built it right? It clearly does not look as good as the other homes. To fix this would cost $10-$15K my guess. What can I do?
