The online Store is based in Texas.
But I live in Switzerland!

The problem: I ordered an item on http://www.crossbowpistolsextreme.com. The order was confirmed. After two days the owners of the store withdrew the money from my credit card but didn't send me the goods. I sent three emails asking about the status but I got no answer. Now I sent a registered Mail giving the store owners an ultimatum of 10 days to refund me or send me the goods I paid for (or some proof of having them shipped).

If I don't hear anything, what are my options? The case should be clear, I have got the proof he withdrew the money from my account, the letter I sent him and his order confirmation. The problem is that I live in switzerland.

Thank's in advance!

Buy an airplane ticket to Texas and sue the seller. And you will not be reimbursed for traveling expenses if you win.

While Racer72's advice is accurate let me give you some personal advice. But first
1) When did you place this order? I checked the website they have a turnaround(time before shipping and processing time) of 2 weeks
2) Did you contact the store before placing the order to verify shipping internationally? I went into the shopping cart screen just because they have a drop down box doesn't mean they ship overseas. The system would have billed your card before shipping regardless. Even if they do ship they wouldn't ship without first recieving payment. I live in Europe as an American navy wife. Mail takes a LOT longer to be shipped Internationally from the US to Europe than Europe to Europe because of customs. I don't know what you bought but I think a crossbow is going to take A LOT longer to make it through customs if at all because it is a weapon and there are a lot of regulations for shipping a weapon through the mail.
3) Have you tried getting a phone card and calling them. Please note that if you are on CET that Texas is 7 or 8 hours time difference I am not sure which zone they are in.

Scroll to the bottom for their phone number in TX just dial 00-1- then the number to call the USA.

If I were you I would call them and just a hint never assume any company ships internationally without talking to a person first.
