My cousin was arrested because his jealous wife said that he had pushed her in their bed. He tells me that the police photographed him twice, but did not take his fingerprints. The case has been open since May 2000 in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and my cousin continues to claim his innocense while his wife keeps holding this case against him. On the basis of no fingerprints, could the case be automatically dismissed?
