What is the name of your state? CA
what can i do if 9 out 10 agreements made on an stipulation/settlement agreement are not followed by the other parent? is there a way i can take the other parent to court and loose some of the privileges given? or can i gain some priviliges over the other parent? i feel i have to do something about this soon. children are suffering here and it's not getting better.

If the other parent is not following the court order, you can file a contempt of court action against that parent. Document, document, document!

My response:

You file an "Order To Show Cause" re: Contempt of Court.

Your children wouldn't have to suffer if you had thought to go to Barnes & Noble bookstore, and buy a "How To" book on the subject. When you do, you'll know the law, exactly what to do, and when to do it.

Go.
