Hello, someone has created a parody of my website. My site is forum-based. The person in question has copied my forum exactly and has added other features to the website which mine does not have. I currently have advertisements on my website to help pay for hosting fees (Very expensive due to high user flow), however the parody site does not have any profit source as far as I can see.

While most graphics have been copied from my website, some are identical but appear to have been recreated or "traced" by the creator of the parody.

What can I do about this? Is there any way I can force him to shut down the parody site? It seems some users from my website have moved to his for the extra features. As a result I am getting less revenue from my advertisements. Although there is very little difference, can I sue the parody creator for this?

Thank you very much for your help.
