What is the name of your state? florida
I pulled my credit and I noticed a credit card on my statement that wasn't mine. I have disputed this several times it always comes back as my card also I contacted the company which is Chase-Manhattan they don't have any information on me or this alleged card. To make matters worse there are 2 people that I'm suppose to be in joint with whom I've never heard of!!! WHAT DO I DO?????? I've even contacted the FTC and they told me about some paper to get notorized, I really don't think that will make a difference. Please help me!!!!!!

It really sounds if you're the victim of ID fraud. Go to the ploice station and file an ID fraud complaint. Make some copies and then, contact Chase's legal dept and ask for an address where you can send the police report and demand they begin their own fraud investigation. Send the police report CRRR along with a strongly worded statement that this is not your account and you do not appreciate a lender enabling ID fraud and to remove the tradeline immediately.
I'd send the same letter to the CRA's {CRRR} only stating this is not mine with copies of the letter to Chase and the police report and, ask them why the allow Chase to enable ID fraud.
If that doesn't fix it, see a lawyer. Both creditors and CRA's have lost some big lawsuits lately on this issue.

WWE:
1) Contact all three CRA's (Credit Reporting Agencies) and ask them to put a 'Fraud Alert' on your file. They will do so verbally for a short time (30 days), but if you want it longer, you will have to put it in writing (send them a FAX). This will help to prevent any non-authorized credit to be issued in your name (the creditor will contact you to verify application).
2) Send the creditor a letter detailing that this account is fraud and that you did not authorize the account in your name. They will likely send you a form (affidavit) asking you to complete it and have it notarized and returned. Once this is done, they will investigate the fraud application and, if found accurate, will remove it from your record.
