Was involved in car accident in June. I was hit by another car. I was stopped at stop sign and 2 other cards collided and one of the cars hit me at the stop sign. Did $5,000 damage to my car. The car that hit me has the same auto insurance as me (AllState). I live in North Carolina.

So far I have been very satisfied with AllState Ins. They paid for a rental car while my car was being fixed. They paid $5,000 to fix my car and have paid all my medical expenses so far. I am still seeing a chiropractor for my back injury.

What are my legal rights for being paid for medical expenses. Can I also be paid by the other person's Med-Pay for my medical bills?
(even though it's the same insurance company?)

Can you give me some idea of how much my insurance company will offer me, like a low, medium, high offer?

What tactics do I use to get the higher offer?

Any advice will be appreciated and I can send a tip when I get paid.

My situation is very similar to yours and I need information too. I was struck in the rear while stopped at a traffic light in Alabama. Chiropractor has been very helpful yet 6 weeks later, I am still in treatment.
Wondering what is fair to expect. :confused
