What is the name of your state? TX

If I was fired for "not performing up to the standards of my job" can my ex-employer refuse to offer me and my family COBRA? The TWC has ruled that I was not fired for "wrongdoing" but rather "failure to perform adequately"

So, since my ex-employer has more than 20 employees, and a group health and dental plan, what can I do if they refuse to offer COBRA?

Thanks

You can file a complaint with the US DOL.

Please keep in mind that the TWC's determination is valid for unemployment purposes ONLY.
