Dress as you would for a job interview. Don't wear a bunch of jewelry, or anythign gaudy. Conservative is teh way to go.

Get as good a night's sleep as possible, and don't eat anything unusual the night before.

Have a good breakfast the morning of. Don't drink too much as the judge may or may not be willing to break.

Have all of your evidence with you. Also a pad of paper and pen/pencil.

Do exactly as your lawyer says.

Keep your mouth shut and speak only when requested to do so.

Keep facial expressions neutral.

If you need to say something to your lawyer, do so either very quietly or write it down.

Keep your responses as minimal as possible and don't volunteer information.

Expect it to be a very long day. Or days.

lawyer wants me to do some prep work not quite sure what though since I have been told I supply to much and need to keep it a bit shorter.

Well............. maybe you should ask your lawyer? Probably he wants you to keep responses short and sweet, just the facts and no editorializing.
