California - Hi everyone. Not planning on going UA or anything. Just wanted to ask a couple questions regarding the USMCR. Questions that I've never received concrete answers to. When do they consider a drilling reservists UA or AWOL? How many drills do you have to miss before that happens? I've heard people say that reservists can miss up to 7 drills (w/o notice), comeback and still be ok. Is that true? Thank you. What is the name of your state?

That's 7 drill periods, not 7 drills.

You have 4 drill periods per weekend drill... 2 drills missed = 8 drill periods.
