What is the name of your state? NY

I lost my husband suddenly and I'm trying to find out if NY Paid Family Leave Act covers bereavement or not. I have seen 67% for 6 weeks, 60% for 12, and the one person I talked to said no, but yet she couldn't answer any questions I asked.

If it does, is there a waiting period?
