Not sure what this falls under

I was charged with 2C:33-4 (Harassment) in New Jersey by a Guy squatting two doors from me on 5-7-19,I went to the court, ask for the Discovery and it was just Ludicrous. Went to court on 5-30-19,
6-11-19, and 7-2-19. On 7-2-19 it was dismissed because the guy did not show 3 Times. On 7-12 I recieved a summons in the mail now bring charged with 2C:12-3B(Terroristic threats) indictable 3, 2C:33-4C(Harassment). But this time it was sent to superior court. Went to the court again, ask for the Discovery. The court gave me the same one Filed 5-7-19 but now with a Paper stapled to the back. No Officer, No Prosecutor, No Judge signed it, it was issued by the county clerk. That's just the tip of this iceberg. The people who are Squatting there where put there by a guy saying he works for the bank. They show a Lease from Feb. Signed by the previous owner who passed away in Jan. This Gentlemans sister is the county tax Collector, and his son a Township Police officer. They call it forcloser shopping. So I just need HELP on how to proceed. PLEASE.

I would agree, but not sure I want to pay $3500 to have this guy NOT show up again 3 times.

ETA: Oh, you're saying that you HAVE an attorney who hasn't showed up at 3 different hearings? If that's the case, then you should find a new attorney. You may also wish to file a complaint with the New Jersey State Bar Association.

NO, the Lady had a Reverse Mortgage. She passed away. The Bank, Nor the Family will step up and take ownership. That's where the whole forcloser shopping ppl. Come into play.

My "Crystal Ball" is not sure what to do, is why I am on here, but thanks to ppl. Like yourself, I'm now questioning that decision.

So a Criminal lawyer can get my charges dropped because they are Ludicrous, and have no Merit. But there is SO much more to this. Like the court clerks adding Quotes that are NOT in the Discovery.

I am not real sure what led to your involvement with property not belonging to you - but the charges against you are not minor ones.

I recommend you have the charges reviewed by an attorney/another attorney.

It involved me Directly because it is on the water. I am the 3rd house from the water. This guy used to wake up at 4pm. It's a 50/100' lot. He had 7 cars on the property, a 34' boat that was full if trash. 4 cars in the street, and he would be out til 2-4AM working on them. I knew the lady who previously owned it so I walked down and ask him, why he had so many cars, and why he was out past the news ordnance. Tried to speak to him nicely, Man to Man. Because it us a small community, I think they felt I am/was a Threat, and now this us what I am dealing with

Some people have a hard time with face-to-face criticisms. I am sorry your attempts to resolve what you saw as problems were not received well.
