A local grocery store is doing something to its employees, and I'd like to know if this is fully within their power or not. Any insight would be appreciated. This store provides lockers for their employees to put personal accessories or just about anything in while they are off or on the clock. Some bozo security specialist was recently hired, and passed a rule that states any food in the locker without a receipt can and will be thrown away, because they are afraid people are stealing. This can include lunches that are brought from home apparently. Is this practice legal?
