What is the name of your state? CA

My wife and I have received subscriptions to over 60 magazines in the last 3 months in our names, or names close to ours. I wrote to all the companies telling them we never ordered the magazines and could they send me the original application they got for the subscription. We received a few back and one has my wife's falsified signature on it.
We have a really good suspicion of who is doing it but have no proof. Is there anything we can do or just keep writing back and cancelling the subscriptions hoping the nut runs out of steam?

Without some 'proof' of who is doing it, there is really little that can be done.
