My Husband and His ex have a parenting plan in this plan it says that if either party moves or changes a phone number they have to notify the other. His ex lives in an apt complex He went by yesterday while returning His son back and seen the name of the apt complex had changed and that they were putting up gates does she have to notify Him of the name change or is that not considered important?

Why would she be required to notify him of that? She hasn't moved and isn't changing her phone number. Its irrelevant.

Huh? Why would she need to notify him of something like that? Should she notify him if her neighbor gets a hamster, too?

Okay that's all He needed to know. He wants to send a certified letter to Her and didn't know if it would make difference if the name of the apt was not right on the letter. He has had problems like this before Him and His Lawyers sent mail to Her but it was not under Her new married name so she said she did not get it even though the address and all was correct. Thanks for the advice.
