What is the name of your state?NC
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes...My mother took out a credit card and got i guess what was a cash advance on it and she died two months later, I pais the bill until recently I closed the estate but now I have a charge back for the amount that was owed for the credit card on my business account the only thing i can think of is that she but up my account for the loan (credit card) my question is ( first of all I am still working with the bank to figure out who took the money it might not be the credit card) but my ques is can the take the money out of the account like that I never authorized it and what can i do to get it back? it has been a year since my mothers death and we stopped paying the bill around 6 months ago the never reported anything to the courts or to me of a charge aginst the estate if the did i would have paid it. Another thing if it isn't the credit card ( ths bank so far knows it is a cashiers check paid ot some bank in a city the creidt card company isn't even in) can i get my money back i never authorized this and it is a large sum of money
Thanks
Sorry if i posted in the qrong spot
