I sold my car to a friend who now is refusing to pay me money for it. The contract says "There will be an initial payment of $900, and then twenty-two payments of $50, paid every Friday, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Each Friday James will Contact Erin and drop the money off." I haven't recieved money in three weeks, and I don't think they are planning to pay anymore. This is causing me to fall behind on my bills, have to pay late fee, and borrow money from high intrest places. What can I do.
