pa. i want to know if u get hurt on the job and was working 40 hrs if they can cut your hours cause they dont have anything for me to do :eek:

Have you filed a worker's compensation complaint?

But the answer to your question is yes, they can. They are not required to make up work for you to do within your restrictions; nor are they required to pay you for working if you can't work.

You may be eligible for "lost wages" under your employer's w/c policy depending on the exact circumstances.
