This Friday is our meeting of creditors for our chapter 13 bankruptcy. Both of our car companies have responded to our filing with notices of appearance - they are disputing our cramdown offers to them. Because they have filed notices of appearance does that mean they will show up at my hearing???

Yes. Make sure to bring both cars, and enough change for the bus ride for your trip home from the courthouse.

If they filed notice of appearance, they most likely will show up. I wouldnt be overly worried though. In my chapter 13 they only wanted to make sure that I had insurance so their interest in the car would be protected. Good luck
