I'm in the State Of Georgia, I have two questions:
I received a check from a insurance company, now the insurance company wants me to return the check because they say it should have been to the Estate and not to me. I cashed the check, was i wrong or broke any Law ? Also I have a notice of Deposition and request for production of documents, do I have to attend the hearing, all of this is regarding the estate of my deceased child.

My response:

Not only are you going to need to be much more specific with your situation and the litigation, than you have stated here, but you also need to post your story and questions on the Litigation law board.

Thanks.
