What is the name of your state (only U.S. law) Delaware

I am a landlord leasing out a single room and BR in my home. Our lease was originally for 6 months and no lease was signed thereafter. We have been on a month to month now for 13months. I would like to not renew the lease and was wondering what the terms must be (30 or 60 day) I would love for her to move out as soon as possible. Also, my understanding was after an expiration of a lease, the month to month followed the provisions and clauses in the original lease- is this true? Is so, our original lease stated a 30 day notice.
I would love to have an answer by the end of this week to give the notice before the beginning of a new month (lease)- thanks

Unless your state law requires more then 30 days notice for a month to month tenant of longer then 1 year (not common, but check to make sure), 30 days including one full month should be plenty of notice. Make sure you give it in writing.
