It has been about a year now but they sent me HUD papers as it was an FHA loan for help but I have heard nothing mean time bank would not accept payment. Home was sold back to back in court but we hope that it would work out. Now a day before Xmas eve I get this letter from bank's lawyer. I have not told my wife or kids yet and am going thru hell keeping it inside, but I will not spoil their holidays if I can help it. My real question is can I at least delay it as the letter does say I'm able to file a motion for a temporary stay.
Please help.
