I live in Arizona .
I have lived in this mobile home park for 13 years . I own my trailer . I was informed by the manager that I have 3 days to move . The notice says that five (5) days after delivery of notice to vacate . But she crossed the (5) and put (3) instead . and the reasons to vacate are "interfering With management , Looking in Windows of other tenants . Not minding your own buisness . And finnaly recieving complaints from other tenants .
The paper is signed by the owner of the park .
I confronted the owner about the vacate notice and he told me that he knew nothing about it and that she caould't do that . He assurred me we would not have to move . I wish I would have gotten that In writing . Anyway 14 days later I recieve a hand written letter informing us that the owner has issued a reminder that our Eviction notice is "held up " by the owner and our 30 Days will be up by the 29th of this month.
I have accused of saying things to the manasger about other tenants yards & other things . All untrue . I never looked in anybody's window nor my wife .
Is this legal and how can I fight a manager that wants us gone .
