What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Hall, Ga.

Is there a said amount of time an individual representing himself, in a divorce case against an attorney, should be notified about a hearing or mediation?

Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Before the hearing or mediation takes place is usually the best time to be notified.

Try reading the rules of civil procedure, the local rules and the statutes of GA. Then come back and ask questions. NO ONE is going to walk you through this step by step. Unless you pay them and they are an attorney licensed in GA.
