We are wittnesses for the plaintiff in a civil suit. Our son was taken to the hospital for alcohol poisoning. A nurse who is a friend of the defendant told the defendant about my sons trip to the hospital. The defendant had to give a sworn deposition and used this information to try and discredit us as wittnesses. She mentioned the nurse but not by name. The defendant also said a few other things in the deposition about us that are not true. We have called the hospital and they have tried to get ahold of the defendant but she will not return their phone calls. What do I do now. This nurse has no business working at the hospital if she is giving patient information out. I live in Indiana.
