NEVADA:I was 17 and got probation for possession of firearm in march and it would be over in November

I got kicked out my gaurdians house because they didn't want the po coming over and so I never reported to the office or told my po because I didn't want to go to placement and so I was on the streets and meet with a national gaurd recruiter and they are giving me a paper saying I want to enlist. I can pass a drug test as well. But my youth advocate told me that my po wants to recommend terminating me if I turn my self in I just turned 18 in august and I just got a job. If I turn my self in with a paper saying I want to enlist and write a letter to the judge explaining everything including wanting to enlist do you think I will be terminated or how kind will I spend in juvenile or will I be sent to jail ?? And my probation is up on Nov 6 .

You're not getting into the guard, no matter what letters you write. First, neither the Guard or any other military can take you if you are on probation, even if you are in good standing. You're going to have to clear your criminal sentence before you can think of applying.

The second issue is that even a juvenile conviction/adjudication, is going to require a waiver and that may not even be possible now (or ever).

Contrary to your dreams, judges do not dismiss people's sentences because they say they want to enter the military.

You need to face the music with your PO. They may be more understanding than you thought. You need to do anything you can to document how you became homeless.

Also - don't say "I can pass a drug test." say "I have been clean and not used any drugs." I'm sure you mean the second one, but, saying it the first way telegraphs guilt about using.
