My daughter will be a senior in college this year. She wants me to give her all the child support her father sends to me as she feels she is entitled to the money and I am not. I am currently paying over $5,000 per year for her college tuition as well as other living & college expenses. I have tried explaining that the child support is for maintaining a househould for herself and her 11 year old brother. She believes that the money is hers and I have no right to use it. Does she have any legal recourse as far as demanding the portion of child support allocated to her be sent directly to her?
