At a mediation my lawyers played devels advocate and told me the sum I was offered -
$100,000 - after a 4 year wait on a limp loss in an auto accident-should be considered. When I said no and left. Then they told me a week later that we can definitely get me and we'll go to trial. My question is : is this proper conduct in this situation?

I am a law school graduate. what I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

I think I answered your previous question, but as to this one:

lawyers have the absolute duty to zealously represent you and this person doesn't sound like he/she is doing it.
So, you should contact your state bar association and report this person.

Since I stood my ground and got State Farm to offer 900,000, should I take it? My lawyers seem to think this is good and the added expense of going to trial(in one month)would not be worth the difference for the whole policy(1.1 million). THanks
