Hello,

I have a small block on my money. I sued my previous employer and I won. They tried to appeal and they lost. Now this is good. What is bad now is that when they had to appeal, they had to give the money to the court of what they owed me. When I won the appeal, they told me that i have to file a 'Notion to Release Money'. Funny thing is that I did that and now they tell me that I have to contact the party's attorney to get this money back. The company was bought out by another company and is now under a new name. I finally got in touch with the attorney that lost and he told me he cannot do anything now because he does not represent the company anymore since it was sold. The court is now giving me the run around, and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions? Please let me know. Thank you.
