NY State Divorce

My name is Victoria. I live in NY State. My husband would not sleep with me for a couple of months and did not want sexual relations with me. He had got in a car accident 2 months ago and went to live with his aunt the same dayand has been there ever since. We have two children and I have always been the one to care for them. He now wants me to move out of home he has given me one week to do it in. Do I have to move? I am currently working but not really enough money to spend on divorce. What should I do?He also wants divorce but he wants me to get nothing. My chidren want to stay with me also. I have also found out he has been cheating on me with several women over the last 4 to 5 years.

He just told you to get out? LOL Until you have a legal document telling you to move your arse, don't worry about it. You do need to see an attorney however. This marriage ain't going anywhere and you might as well find out how to stay in the house while the nitty gritty details are worked out.
