Today I received a ticket for being double park in front of my uncles home (83rd street) on the ticket though it states I was on 38th st in Brooklyn. is that enough to fight the ticket because of the error and if so how would i go about that? I was issued the ticket by an officer in the 69th precinct which patrols 83rd st. The 63rd precinct is the the precinct that patrols 38th st. Can I prove I wasn't on 38th st by making note of the precinct that gave me the ticket?
