NYC Seatbelt Tickets

In Upstate New York you can qualify for the traffic diversions program for minor moving violations, if there anything similar in nyc to get out of a seatbelt ticket? If I plead not guilty is there a plea bargain or defense I can make?

It doesn't appear that any of the five boroughs offers such a program.

There is no plea bargaining in NYC (i.e. the Traffic Violations Bureau).

It's a lousy seat belt ticket - pay the thing and move on. And wear your seat belt.
