NYCHA's obligations to it's tenants

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY CITY

I would like to know what is NYCHA/s obligations to it's tenants, and how would a tenant know if NYCHA breach their contract. I live in NYCHA but for each lease that was submitted to me I never received any information that explains NYCHA's obligation to me as the tenant.

Your lease says it all , it will say they are to maintain the unit when it comes to repairs so if they are not making repairs to mechanical /structural systems then call city building inspections.
