MY LANDLORD RENTED ME A HOUSE WHILE SHE WAS IN FORECLOSURE. I WAS GIVEN A NOTICE FROM THE COURT ADVISING ME OF THE FORECLOSURE. I HAVE WITHHELD RENT AND DEPOSITED IN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT. NOW SHE IS TAKING ME TO COURT FOR EVICTION DUE TO FAILURE TO PAY RENT. DO I HAVE ANY RIGHTS? SHOULD I PAY HER?
