Scenario:
A CEO's signature is on a stock certificate.
How long after the CEO leaves his position or changes his position can a corporation continue to issue stock certificates with the CEO's name/old title?

There is not 'time-limit' on the transfer of issue however, the responsibility rests with the Board of Directors. Now, which are you in this scenario?
