What is the name of your state? Minnesota
How do I go about getting the evidence, (officer's notes, his copy of the ticket, a record of the tickets the officer wrote that same evening)? Is this information I can get just by requesting it? If so, who do I request it from?

Thank you:confused:

1.Goggle Discovery for Traffic Tickets. I've Googled Discovery and ended up with Discovery Channel websites.

2.Google Minnesota Rules for Discovery in Traffic Tickets
will give a page of websites to click on.
**Clicking in key words such as Traffic Ticket Defence etc. on Google as well as checking the local library should supply information needed to contest a traffic ticket.***
