You should have no problem obtaining your police report. Call the station simply inquire as to what the procedure is in obtaining a report. It is as simple as that.

Police reports are technically available to the concerned parties, however, the police are sometimes reluctant to disclose them. This is illegal but it happens all the time. If you are unable to obtain reports yourself contact your/a lawyer and have him/her write a brief letter requesting the aforementioned documents.
