Illinois:

I recently purchased a brand new car. The contracts stated that there is 400 miles on the car (it was a demo). However, the car actually had over 4000 miles on it - unfortunately I did not notice this until I got home!! Also, the dealer did not give me a copy of the odometer disclosure.

I have already contacted the dealer but they wont give me a copy of the signed odometer disclosure - they claim that the copy they have on file was unsigned.

Any suggestions on how I should proceed on this?
