What is the name of your state? Arizona - What is the legal binding definition of " Of sound mind?" Can an elderly couple who have been diagnoised by a medical doctor with Altzheimer's and Dementia sign legal documents such as wills? If so, who decides when they are no longer concidered "of sound mind?"

Being of sound mind can vary from state to state. All state courts can rule on whether or not a person is of sound mind. Physician reports weigh very heavily.
