I've gotten a flurry of e-mails saying a long lost relative was killed along with his whole family in a horrible car, bus, plane, train, work accident. I am being contacted because this person has 'million$ waiting to be claimed by a relative". I know this is a scam just wanting to clean out my bank account, however I am wondering if it is possible to clean out THEIR bank account? If I set up a savings account and put in $10 and give them my account information, when they transfer the money, can I in turn do some kind of a demand draft or transfer OUT of their account back in to mine or into another account they don't have information on, since they would have to expose their account number and bank in order to get my money?
Just wondering. What is good for the goose must be good for the gander!

Of course it is possible.

However, the problem you will face is that the FBI, IRS, etc. can't touch 'them' as they are not in the US (usually in Nigeria, Ivory Coast, etc.). However, the FBI, IRS, etc. CAN, and will, 'touch' you.....
And I doubt the courts would accept your "I was just getting even" defense.

If these posters have extra money that they do not need, then they should send it to JETX and seniorjudge IMMEDIATELY so we can finish our investigation of French Quarter saloons.....
