Ok. Has been driving me nuts! I've logged out and back on, rebooted the computer and I still couldn't "like" my heart out! Thanks for responding...with senior moments hitting more and more frequently these days, I wasn't sure.
It's really weird. I've never had the problem prior to this week. And a few minutes ago I could reply with quote and now I can't. Something is off. I saw the forum for bugs and went to report it but it's already there with the aforementioned workarounds but A) I just kind of expect the computer to work. I'm pretty clueless when reading the workaround suggested; and B) I use Firefox which seems to be part of the problem as well...
Ah well...sooner or later it will get worked out. I just kind of feel like the red haired stepchild sitting on a stool in the corner with a dunce hat on.
The problem is that if the stupid advertisement inserter is screwing the HTML (my personal guess is there is a <A> tag inserted with no close but have not confirmed this). If you have JAVASCRIPT disabled or one of the AdBlock packages installed, it probably works for you. If not you're screwed. Some threads will work because they were created before the code got hosed.

I can like and reply with quotes without any problem, both at home and at work. At work I am using a Windows 7 PC and at home I am using a laptop that I also think is Windows 7. I am using Internet Explorer as well.
