Officers liability in judgement against Corp.

missouri corp: can the officers be held liable to pay a judgement which was filed against a corporation? What if the corporation is dissolved?

Generally,...no.
However, you *may* be personally liable if the dissolution and asset transfers were fraudulent against creditors.
