What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota
My brother had an exParte Order For Protection filed against his fiance (obviously not together anymore). She filed to fight it but never showed up for court.
He still has items in the house they shared and wants to get them back. Short of civil/concilliation court, is there any recourse to her filing and never showing up for court?
Could this be construed as a violation of the order and/or harassment?
If possible, does anyone know of a low"er" cost attorney in the Twin Cities who understands this area of the law?
Thanks.
