I was awarded a judgment against an individual under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practice Act, for the amount of damages plus court costs. How do I communicate further with the Court, to provide them with my court costs? Also, I am dissatisfied with the judgment, because under the CSPA one is entitled to treble damages under state statute, but the judge did not award this. If I want to pursue that further, do I have any recourse with the current Court? Or do I have to file an appeal in the Appeals Court? How much time do I have to do so? Thanks!

Generally, you shouldn't have to. It should be shown on the judgment. If not, and the judgment says includes costs you just add your costs to the judgment amount when you present the judgment to the defendant and demand payment.

You can file a motion for reconsideration or you can file an appeal. Read the small claims statutes at:
