What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio I am a County employee and have been a Gov't employee (opers) for over 26 years.I have to take medicine in able to work,anxiety medicine and anti depressants.I have been on anti depressants for approx.10 years as this runs in our family.My question is if I want to get off my meds ( to ensure of no lasting side affects ,would I be elligable to get disability?
