What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio I have an existing contingency that on the sale of my home that expires 12/29/08. The contingency is the sale of the prospective buyers home in Florida. Recently I decided to remove my home from the market as I feel that the market is not conducive to an equitable sale at this time. We informed our realtor paid his fee to remove our home from all listings and expected to be done with the matter. Today another member of this realtors firm is bombarding my voicemail with threats regarding the contingency.
