ohio state liquior stores sell liquor and only requirement. state shoulb be held liable if you get a dui just as if they were selling drugs. the state is a supplier just as the tobacco industry is. why cant i get a lawyer to accept my case to sue the state of ohion holding them responsible ?

My response:

It is legal to "sell" liquor. The question only turns upon what you DID with the liquor after it's sale to you; e.g., did you make the "choice" to drink and drive? Or, did you "choose" to take the liquor home with you, unopened, and drink it there? You have no case against the State.
