I am an Oklahoma mother who is the non-custodial parent of 3 kids. I am wondering, on the computations for child support is the income figured by household income or does it only go by the income of the biological parent. Also, if it is household, does that figure work both ways (household for the custodial parent as well as household for the non-custodial parent)

Hello there Bio mom.. *S* sorry had to throw that one in for good measure..

The child support is computed by using the Bio parents income, not step parents. So only your income and that of the father would be relevant for the judge to figure the child support amount.

Good Luck to you..

Just the income of the bio parents.
